As for the Best of the Year MLC Finalists to battle in Green Bay (Sept 2-4, 2022) here's the LIST so far. That Gala will be back in Green Bay (Tarlton and St. Brendan's Inn).

Scene Awards winners to be announced on May 29 will qualify for the Best of the Year Scener Gala in Little Rock, Arkansas, in mid January 2023.
MLC winners and wildcards in May will also qualify for the Best of the Year Green Bay Wisconsin Gala in September (Sept. 2-4).
Scene Awards Warm/Summer window is now open (scroll down to submit). Our next MLC season opens June 1 (we will have a new category: Best Screenplay). Scener Nominees for Green Bay Sept. 2-4 will be announced in early August.
MLC new season nominees will be announced in mid December.

Award winning artist (imdb.me/freddymoyano) with work featured several tiimes by USA Today, who calls Wisconsin his home for over two decades. Film critique freelance columnist with the Green Bay City Pages (see mlcproductions.org to access the latest one). Renowned voice over published author/editor, motion picture producer and videographer --the latter focused in wildlife documentary productions. Owner of wildlife channel rnvtv.com Full time entrepreneur since 2016, running MLC Productions (a content production company), which is part of Moyano Lingua Consulting and Productions, LLC a global English / Spanish content repurposing firm also managed by Freddy, offering translation, text localization, audiobook production, audio mastering and VO recording. Freddy has over 40 documentaries and over 25 narrated audiobooks to his name. As of recently he received 2 major awards at the BAANYs: Gold Award for Best Voice Over Performance (NIPALENSIS) and Silver Award for Best Actor in a Western (Aqua Brava)

There she obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and a Masters of Education in Learning Systems Technology. LaTrena has shown great skill and technique in creating engaging dialogues in her work, such as The Eyes of Perfection. Reading her books is like watching a thriller movie and being part of the scene. She is also a script writer for shorts. LaTrena is a great asset to have in our team of MLC panelists.

Actor, Podcast Host of Hollywood and Beyond and VO artist, Steven brings to the team years of acting experience. Added to this acumen is his insightful 'meaningful interview' touch in every episode of his acclaimed podcast as well as his knowledge of the acting industry, having interviewed several highly ranked actors and professionals.
Steven is based in beautiful Cincinnati, Ohio. He loves coffee, meaningful conversations and enjoying peaceful walks with his dog.

I have enjoyed watching film and critics, and I am grateful for the opportunity to volunteer alongside Freddy Moyano as we premiere films from filmmakers at the MLC and Scene Awards"

May 28:
9 am to 5 pm at St. Brendan's Inn on May 28: see screenings + interviews. Food is at your own expense. Enjoy the Farmers Market just outside St. Brendan's Inn. You may carry food and drinks inside to the screenings. Free admission as long as you purchase 1 Tarlton ticket per person.
6 pm to 9 pm on May 28: interviews of filmmakers, actors at Hotel Northland
May 29:
7:30 - 8:40 am
Come join us at Kavarna Coffeehouse (at your own expense), just a 1/2 block from the Tarlton. People say it is the best coffee in the Midwest.
9:00 am to 6:00 pm: screenings at the Tarlton Theatre. Food and drinks available to order at your own expense. Tony Shalhoub live Q&A segment at 3 pm CST.
7:00 pm to 10:00 pm AWARDS at Hotel Northland. You will need an add-on ticket to get in. The Tarlton ticket won't suffice. The Mayor of Green Bay will be present
